Registration

Choose either of the 2 Options Below to Register.  We strongly encourage electronic registration and payment to improve the overall efficiency of this process for all involved. Rotary couples are encouraged to complete and submit separate registrations. 

OPTION 1:  Use the Registration form attached near the bottom of this page and mail along with your check for payment.

Please note: Registration (without a meal purchase) is required to receive a name badge and attend any other conference activity.
